Role Description:
- The role needs experienced associates who can anchor the calls, where all the senior leadership team from the customer end and our end will be there.
- Help coordinating the call with multiple stakeholders to get the major incident resolved and keep updating the status promptly to the stakeholders.
- It needs an associate with excellent communication skills with accent neutrality and assertiveness
