Role Description:
• The role needs experienced associates who can anchor the calls, where all the senior
leadership team from the customer end and our end will be there.
• Help coordinating the call with multiple stakeholders to get the major incident resolved and
keep updating the status promptly to the stakeholders.
• It needs an associate with excellent communication skills with accent neutrality and
assertiveness
