Role: Sr Analyst - Secretarial

Location Mumbai (Vikhroli)

Shift: 1 pm 10 pm

CTC: upto 9 LPA Fixed + Variables

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate / Semi Qualified CS/ Paralegal
  • Work Experience of 2 - 5 years in MNCs as Paralegal / Project Managers / Project Coordinators
  • Proficient in understanding and speaking English with foreign stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Office and any other admin/automation tools
  • Should be comfortable working in UK shift
  • Ability to multi-task and work in deadlines

Job Description:

  • Assisting the Company Secretary (CoSec) department with their day-to-day administrative activities such as filing, record keeping, updating trackers, minutes drafting of business meeting etc.
  • New vendor creation and KYC, creation of Purchase Order for vendors, invoice tracking and payment etc.
  • Assist the CoSec team to manage the corporate secretarial Monthly registers and trackers for group companies
  • Dairy management and scheduling meetings for CoSec Team
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Acrobat Reader, SharePoint
  • Letter generation using mail merge and printing using Hybrid mailing software like H-POD
  • Liaison with Companies House UK and Companies Registration Office (CRO, Ireland), ICO (Information Commissioners Office), IPO (Intellectual Property Office UK) for day-to-day regulatory compliances and queries.
  • Liaison with Secretarial consultants, Law firms, internal Finance Team etc for providing relevant information asked for and seeking information from them.
  • Assisting the team in record keeping of all types in appropriate manner
  • Participate in calls with the onshore stakeholders to understand expectations, provide feedback and reports and resolve administrative queries
  • Execute transformation activities within the team
  • Liaise, coordinate and manage relationships with other internal departments and teams
  • Assist new Joiners in team in setting up the necessary access and IT system
  • Prepare periodic and accurate reports and trackers for internal and external reporting purposes;
  • Comfortable in learning and working on various software tools used for various secretarial activities and good at analysing and surfing websites of regulators and making relevant searches.
  • Work smartness in managing the day-to-day work and efficient in turn-around time without compromising on the quality of the work.
