Role : Manager Campaign Management

Location : Mumbai (Relocation allowed)

Budget : 29 LPA

Experience:

  • Relevant Experience of 5 years plus in B2B marketing with demonstrable campaign reporting examples
  • Total 8+ years of experience preferred

Academic:

  • Degree qualified with Marketing or Business degree (Preferred)

OR

  • Graduation (in Commerce or Information Systems)

Role Objective:

Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, execution and delivery of approved multi-channel campaigns to support the company. They will deliver campaign activity to market and report back to the Head of Campaigns on performance of campaign and provide post campaign analysis and interpretation. The Campaign Manager will receive briefs as directed by the Head of Campaigns across a range of demand generation, cross-sell and up-sell, retention and renewal, brand and key account/strategic campaigns and work across the team to design and execute against agreed objectives, leading overall management of all campaign assets including use of MAT tool where appropriate.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage campaign planning, working with technology, brand and channel experts to design optimal campaigns
  • Build clear audience segments, using audience targeting criteria provided by Strategy (Strategy team are primary stakeholders. Brief will be received from them)
  • Briefing and delivery of campaignable assets relevant to the channel and audience buyer stage
  • Campaign execution, amplifying and re-purposing proposition content owned by Strategy
  • Monitoring and optimising campaign performance across channels
  • Develop clear and concise campaign briefs including communication objectives and identified KPIs
  • Delivering campaigns within agreed on budget and on time
  • Develop proactive relationships with both internal and external partners across marketing and sales, suppliers and stakeholders
