- Should be B2 level certified (in respective language)
- Any Graduates, fresher/relevant experience
- 0-2 years of experience in Technical Support preferred
- Role is providing technical support & troubleshooting for telecom customers
- Work Location is Pune.
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese/Spanish
- Acting as Single Point of Contact for customers for either reporting trouble or providing updates on existing Trouble Tickets
- Should be comfortable in taking inbound calls / making outbound calls. Calls may be required to interact with End customers/Technicians/Other teams
- Must be willing and able to work various shifts as assigned (such as nights, weekends and statutory holidays), based on business needs
- Demonstrated ability to identify problems and situations, take appropriate action, implement solutions or escalate as required
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaboratively with other departments
- Ability to review and analyze customer needs and provide appropriate client options/solutions
- Ability to manage a demanding workload
- Basic computer knowledge
- Should be open to working in shifts (including night shifts) & 24*7 working environment.
